Villas with a private pool in Halkidiki

Ever Blue Exclusive Villa, Olea Pearl and Olea Gaia have a heated private pool. Olea Pearl and Olea Gaia are in Paliouri; each has four bedrooms and sleeps nine. Sunshine Luxury Villa and Diamond View also have a private pool, so ask us whether it is heated. Heating matters outside high summer: the sea is around 19°C in May and 21°C in October, against about 26°C in July and August.

Nea Moudania is the first town you reach in Halkidiki: a real town of ten thousand people with a port, a Saturday market and a town beach, open all year. It is half an hour from each peninsula and 45 minutes from Thessaloniki airport. It is not a resort, so prices are local, and several of its villas, such as The Private Villa, have a pool of their own.

It suits people who want the best beaches on Kassandra and do not mind driving to them. Paliouri is the village at the tip of the peninsula, with Chrousso, a wide bay of white sand with a beach bar, and the sheltered cove of Agios Nikolaos a few minutes away. Everything here needs a car. Four Olea villas have private pools. The airport is an hour and twenty minutes.
