Enjoy a peaceful seaside stay in this cozy three-level villa located in Sithonia, just a few steps from the beach within a private beachfront complex.
The villa is the second row from the sea (approx. 20m away), offering easy access to a beautiful, quiet, and uncrowded beach, ideal for a more relaxed holiday experience.
